What happens after you contact QSAT.
Enquiries reach a specialist rather than a call centre. Depending on the nature of the request, you will be introduced to our satellite and VSAT engineering group, our data centre and cloud modernisation practice, our strategic advisory team, or our resourcing desk. The four stages below describe how a typical engagement progresses from first conversation to steady-state operations.
Discovery and requirement mapping
We begin every engagement by understanding the operating environment: the sites involved, the bandwidth and latency profile required, existing network and data centre estate, security obligations, and the commercial outcome you need. For remote or hostile locations we review terrain, power availability, logistics access and local licensing before proposing a design, because those constraints — not the technology — usually decide what is deliverable.
Solution design and commercial modelling
Our engineers produce a technical design covering space segment, ground infrastructure, terminals, routing, failover and monitoring, alongside a transparent commercial model. Where advisory work is the priority, we deliver architecture reviews, vendor-neutral technology selection, and migration roadmaps that your internal teams and auditors can act on directly.
Deployment and integration
QSAT project teams handle procurement, staging, shipping, installation, commissioning and integration with your existing enterprise systems. Deployments across the GCC, Levant and wider MENA region are managed from our Dubai headquarters with local support from our Doha, Amman and Baghdad offices, which keeps mobilisation times short and customs and compliance handled locally.
Managed operations and lifecycle support
After go-live we provide monitoring, incident response, capacity management, preventive maintenance and scheduled reviews under agreed service levels. Resource augmentation is available where you need certified engineers embedded in your own team on short or long-term assignments.
Frequently asked questions.
Common questions from enterprise, government and carrier clients before they get in touch. If your question is not covered here, send it through the form above.
- How quickly will QSAT respond to my enquiry?
- Messages submitted through this page are routed to the relevant regional team and answered within one business day. For urgent operational matters — an outage, an escalation on a live deployment, or a mobilisation deadline — call our Dubai headquarters on +971 50 6980949 or email info@qsat.co so the request is triaged immediately.
- Which countries and regions does QSAT support?
- QSAT delivers connectivity and IT services across the GCC, the Levant, Iraq and wider MENA markets, with reach into more than 125 countries through our satellite and carrier partnerships. Physical offices in Dubai, Doha, Amman and Baghdad provide local project management, field engineering and in-country compliance support.
- What information should I include in my message?
- The more operational detail you share, the faster we can respond usefully. Helpful details include the number and location of sites, required throughput and availability, timelines, whether the requirement is a new build or an upgrade of existing infrastructure, and any regulatory, security or sovereignty constraints that apply to your organisation.
- Do you work with government and critical national infrastructure clients?
- Yes. A significant share of our portfolio involves sovereign, defence, energy, aviation and telecommunications customers where resilience, data residency and auditability are mandatory. We can operate under local licensing requirements and structure delivery so that sensitive workloads remain within approved jurisdictions.
- Can QSAT provide engineers to work alongside our internal team?
- Our resource augmentation practice places certified network, satellite, data centre and cloud engineers into client teams on short-term surge or long-term managed assignments. Tell us the skills, duration and location in your enquiry and we will share available profiles and commercial terms.
- Which services can I ask about through this page?
- Any of our four practice areas: strategic advisory, enterprise mobility and VSAT connectivity, data centre modernisation, and resource augmentation. If you are unsure which fits your requirement, describe the business outcome you need and we will direct the conversation to the right specialists.
